Back to Basics

Can you believe that we have almost completed 3 moths of this year already? I have a new found understanding of the old phrase "time flys". Since this year seems to be waisting no time at all I guess NOW would be a good time to take inventory on how my actions have lined up with the goals I've set for this year.  1. Successes •working out 3-5 times a week •stepping outside of my comfort zone (I've added boxing and buti-yoga to my routine) •letting go of things I can't control  2. Opportunities for Improvement  •get back to drinking at least a gallon of water daily •stop emotion eating •workout more frequently during the weekends I think it's healthy to review our goals as frequently as possible. It helps to keep you connected to your why! Why did I start this in the first place is a good question to ask when feeling less than motivated.
