Weight loss tips

Hello everyone!
Last week I managed to loose 4 lbs. but even more exciting was my measurements! Most noticeable loses were from my waist and hips. From my waist I lost 3.5 inches and from my hips 4 inches!!!!! Woop wooop I credit my success to...
1. A well developed meal plan. When I'm following my meal plan I don't get hungry. And after sticking to the plan for a couple weeks I no longer have cravings for sugar( which is a big deal for me). My energy level seems to be a lot more stable and that's saying a whole bunch with the schedule I keep.
2. Doable exercise routine. In the past the plans I've attempted were very intimidating to me, but this time around I had guidance selecting the best routines for my activity level and body type along with the type of results I was wanting.
3. I'll say it again. Water Water Water
Initially trying to drink a gallon of water a day was scary. But I pushed through! Now if I crave anything it's water. Believe it or not I look forward to every sip. If you think about all the empty calories and sugar that can be avoided by simply drinking water instead of other liquids...
4. Don't go it alone. Find someone to join you for the journey. Having someone to exercise with, compare meal preps and to push you when your slacking is invaluable. It doesn't even have to be a family member or someone you're already close friends with. This is a crucial piece of my success so far.
I have a long way to go, but I'm enjoying the ride. Feel free to contact me if your interested in the program I'm using.

I read the statistics and reports about the "system" failing individuals quite frequently, But, when tragedy hits close to home it can be a LOUD  wake-up call! It's hard for me to understand the fact that mental illness is still a taboo thing. I personally don't understand why it's not a more discussed topic, why there aren't enough resources and access to treatment. Here in the US we have option after option for physical healthcare. If you don't like a physician for whatever reason all you have to do is walk across the hall or drive across the street and there are at least 10 more for the choosing. Why aren't there just as many easy options for mental healthcare treatment?  These day there is a checklist for "warning signs" for every ailment out there and I want to be sure that depression warning signs are top of mind...
